Error running Singularity

Hi,

I have successfully installed singularity as per manual.

%  singularity version
3.5.3

But the following command throws me an error. Can request to help, how to fix this? Many thanks in advance.

% singularity run shub:gem-pasteur/Integron_Finder -h
FATAL:   Unable to handle shub:gem-pasteur/Integron_Finder uri: failed to get manifest for: shub:gem-pasteur/Integron_Finder: the requested manifest was not found in singularity hub

singularity version
3.6.0
0 [sbusi@iris-001 integron_finder](2012538 1N/1T/1CN)$ singularity pull --name integron_finder shub:gem-pasteur/Integron_Finder:2.0
FATAL:   While pulling shub image: error fetching image to cache: failed to get manifest for: shub:gem-pasteur/Integron_Finder:2.0: the requested manifest was not found in singularity hub

Hello.

I tried the updated docker container from here: docker pull gempasteur/integron_finder:2.0rc10

After running the container, it automatically stops and exits. Please help.

I'm using docker within conda on Windows.

the singularity hub is end of life we do not use it anymore

if you want to use the docker image either with docker engine or singularity please read the documentation on docker hub https://hub.docker.com/r/gempasteur/integron_finder
