Query Point tool does not work after previous use of Query Point tool after form is closed #4

Replicate by doing the following:

  1. Click the Query Point tool
  2. Apply the tool to an observation
  3. Close the Form
  4. Click the Query Point tool
  5. Apply the tool to an observation
  6. Nothing happens
  7. Click the Query Point tool
  8. Apply the tool to an observation
  9. It works this time

Note that the issue does not happen if another tool is used beteen the applications of the Query Point Tool

To fix the issue Deselect the Query Point tool after use. Look at code in Add Point tool to do this

This issue is due to a difference in behaviour of the Query Point tool and can result in user confusion.
