Some caveats:
The mapping schemes shared are with respect to v2023.0.0, whereas the current summary files are for v2020.0.0/v2020.0.1. Between those two versions:
Africa: Possible minor revisions, likely to affect EGY, GHA, GNQ, NAM, and SWZ
East_Asia: Complete revision to KOR and PRK
Middle_East: Minor revisions to ARM, AZE, GEO, and BHR
South_Asia: Possible minor revisions to AFG, PAK
Additionally, I removed subfolders Afghanistan and Pakistan within the Middle_East folder since they should only be within South_Asia (since v2020.0.0).
