This merge request adds the mapping schemes files to all countries in the CCA region and Iran. It also adds the CCA region exposure metadata
Notes:
All mapping scheme files are .xlsx files
An .xlsx file been added for the RES, COM and IND models
The US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico are the only countries without the mapping scheme files. These countries have a README.md instead indicating that they are HAZUS models and do not use mapping schemes
