Currently we are using a Fedora 29 based container to run mock (the RedHat one) to build RPM for oq-engine in a reproducible way.
Fedora 29 will reach the EoL soon and to avoid having the container to be updated every 6 months I am switching to CentOS 8 (which is de-facto a mix between F29 and F28).

This should guarantee us a longer container life.
