Produce database diagrams for the PSHA input model schema #152

In order to communicate with the various stake holders (devops, scientists, OpenGeo) we need ER diagrams of the PSHA input model database schema.

Solution

Use a tool to reverse engineer the current database schema and produce the diagrams.
