Most of this PR removes code that will be added (modified) in another PR mosaic-side.
There are also a couple of additions:
an additional sleep of 1 second added to wait after calculation completion, to make sure that the callback completes before checking notification contents (avoiding some AELO tests to fail occasionally)
aristotle_run needs to collect information on all the jobs that are launched, otherwise it was impossible to test results of all of them, but only of the last one
