Test the plugin installing the engine with python 3.9, 3.10 and 3.11 and using the qgis internal python plugin-side. Test the compatibility of plugin and engine corresponding versions 3.16 (ltr) and 3.18 (latest) (WIP: skipping 3.16 for now because it has an open issue).
