The latest installers for windows (https://downloads.openquake.org/pkgs/windows/oq-engine/OpenQuake_Engine_3.7.1-2.exe) have a bug when downloading an exposure model (exposure tab). A similar issue was last week for the scenario tab in https://github.com/gem/oq-platform-ipt/commit/cd5f963c4b24313e08b8691b486635eb06cc1d98
The error can be reproduced using the exposure model in demos/risk/ScenarioRisk
Error description: PermissionError at _ipt_sendback.pdf
