With this PR we add the new "Building Classification Survey" platform plugin integration. Tests are green: https://ci.openquake.org/job/zdevel_oq-platform/386/

No changes needed in deploy.sh but a review of it to be able to run plugins *_fixtureupdate() or *_dataloader() when some new app needs could be a good idea.
