Resize panels on screen resolution change

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect a display with large resolution, e.g. FullHD.
2. Start Transmission Remote GUI and maximize the window.
3. Close TR GUI and connect smaller resolution display, e.g. use internal 
notebook display instead.
4. Start TR GUI again. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Maximized window with panels resized adequately is expected. Instead, torrent 
info panel occupies all the space of the window.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Transmission Remote GUI 5.0.1 on Windows 8.1 x64.

Please provide any additional information below.
