RPC blocklist-size (enhancement)

The daemon has rpc for 'blocklist-size' so I like to sometimes know what the 
list entries count is not only after Update blocklist. I attach patch for trunk 
and Version 5.0.1 release.

I also attach transgui.exe 3.2 for Windows have this and ivanals83's patch for 
graphing and fixes for list index out of bounds with lazarus-0.9.30-fpc-2.4.2

edit--- The blocklist-size-v501.patch above is correct. But the transgui.exe above include elements not official daemon. Torrent properties not all json elements. Just use daemon of either: https://github.com/cfpp2p/transmission or http://sourceforge.net/projects/transmissiondaemon/ or patch to 5.0.1
