@jschoen-gefyra In wie weit ist dieser Zeitpunkt abweichend von Bundle.timestamp?

Bundle.timestamp -> Wann wurde das Dokument erstellt (im Sinne von Subsystem hat es zusammengebaut) Composition.date -> Wann wurde das Dokument verfasst (im Sinne von Benutzer vom Subsystem hat es zusammengestellt) DocumentReference.date -> Entspricht Composition.date falls dass Narrative aus dem Bericht übernommen wird im System DocumentReference.lastUpdated -> Behelfsweise für wann wurde das Dokument ins System übernommen, eigentlich will man aber hier eine Provenance-Ressource für haben
