Syntax ist im Text fast durchgängig inkorrekt und muss korrigiert werden.

Entscheidende Frage für mich: sind hier breaking Changes drin oder Festlegungen, die wir nicht mehr in einem TC 4.0.1 unterbringen können? @lhitc ggf. auch @MaxMTheilig ?
