💡 [REQUEST] - Clarification about codification required for Substance #98
Currently, there is a mismatch, or maybe a lack of definition, regarding the codification required for Substance.
First, at Medication entity level, ASK codification is mentioned at Medication.ingredient.item[x]:itemCodeableConcept.coding:ASK
But the valueSet for 'SubstanceCode' , only mentions SNOMED_CT.
Documentation should clarify the codification to use. Is SNOMED_CT allowed for substance codification in Gematik's profile? Should ASK be prioritized instead?
