Description

Updated dependency to basisprofile (which introduces a sct slice)
fixed SCT code for SCT slices with VS binding

Motivation and Context

Support of SnomedCT

werde das SCT Slice & pattern darauf nochmal anpassen

PR fertig, nach absprache mit @alexzautke das fixieren der SCT codes von pattern auf ein 1 concept VS umgestellt. fyi: @f-peverali
