Rename data keys #128

Some key-values are used in other areas of the process, such as name of security officer. If there's no user-entered value available then the key is used instead. This currently looks a bit ugly e.g. [contactName].

Create a new naming convention that renders these keys readable and easily searchable.

[x] Complete list of all old data keys
[x] Decide on semantic replacements for those keys
[x] Replace all old keys with new semantic keys throughout code

Also change appendixContent to appendixEntry and similar semantic improvements
