Progress bar hidden on mobile #136

Describe the bug Progress bar is sat under header and not visible on small screens

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. On mobile, go to #build page
  2. Click Next
  3. See there is no progress bar visible above question

Expected behavior Progress bar should be visible between question text and header Screen Shot 2020-08-02 at 22 36 58
