Detre late additions

• [x] On the main page, can you switch the buttons so that the Pre-dream warm-up is on the left and share your dreams and goals on the right (you could also get rid of "need a" and "?').
• [x] Can you add the footnote to the other pages? Also it would be great if you could add links [Dreams, Shared Goals, Results, Resources] at the bottom of every page (or before the foot note). That extra step of clicking on the sidebar might lose some people. I know we didn't like the clutter from links being on top of the page but on the bottom of the page could work.
• [x] Finally, if you are are so inspired can you change the color of the side bar? The navy blue is just not my favorite. Maybe a lighter shade of blue or a purple-blue?
