Stop phone blinking if notifification is successfully sent to the desktop #352

e.g. when I receive a text I get a notification in the desktop but the phone's 
led notifier continues to blink.

I think it will be a nice feature to suppress led notification when the 
notification is successfully sent to the desktop.
