Divide fnordmetric into 4 repositories (and use git submodule) #52

I suggest that you move fnordmetric-core, fnordmetric-doc, fnordmetric-enterprise, fnordmetric-ui to their own repositories. This will make easier to track changes made for each one, and you can link then together here using git submodules.
