Timezone not respected. #77

When using number widgets that display counts for events from today, yesterday, 2 days ago etc.. Your local machine's timezone is not respected. The counts will tick over at midnight UTC.

Have tried changing timezone env variables, with no effect.

In a timezone of GMT+12, this results in days ending mid day, which is undesirable
