everyone starts at a starting line, and has to make it through an obstacle-laden race track to the finish to win. obstacles would kill. could also have spells to knock others out like the below vid. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1hXauD44KrY

Spells would (probably) be a pain to add since you usually need to have the spellbook equipped.
