Block kill/explode command during kamikaze microgame #133

Simply because during lowest score special round, you can just use kill in console to suicide, which counts as a fail as needing to die from kamikaze. Can be a big exploit for lowest score.

There may be other microgames to abuse with kill in console aswell? haven't bothered checking others.
