Feed a Medic / Eat a Sandvich microgame #222

Half of players are medic at 1HP. The other half are Heavies with a sandvich.

The objective is for the Heavies to feed their sandvich to a medic, and the medics should eat the sandvich to replenish health.

Win condition (Heavy): Throw & have sandvich consumed by Medic Win condition (Medic): Eat sandvich

@Mario6493 I think this one's nearly done. Needs testing but I think we're just about finished. Could you have a look for a suitable BGM when you get the chance? Cheers :)
