Use lucuma-core `GmosNorthFilter` wavelength coverages #449

lucuma.itc.search.syntax.GmosNorthFilter redefines wavelength coverages that are present in the lucuma-core enum. We need to switch to the version in lucuma-core, but those first need a few updates to match the values found in the Filters section of the GMOS Components page.

Presumably GmosSouthFilter will need a similar update.
