The IFS clock was not accurate for several periods during 2013-2016, and early 2019. If data is within these ranges the pipeline corrects the UTSTART and UTEND keyword values, saving the old values as OLDSTART, OLDEND. In the rare case that the correction moved the start time from 00:00:05 to 23:59:55, for example, the DATE-OBS is also updated, with the old date being saved in OLD-DATE.
Corrected the parallactic angle for data where the instrument derotator was disabled. This correction is typically small (<<0.1 deg), only significant for targets with a small zenith distance as they are observed through transit. A model of the telescope misalignment was constructed using GPI datasets where the drive was enabled to determine the instrument derotator angle that would have been applied for datasets where the drive was disabled.
Parallactic angle calculation fixed for frames that are observed through transit.
Additional changes include fixing crashes where second order sat spots were used for datasets taken in non-standard configurations (e.g., J filter + Hapod).
