gpitv display of subarrays does not work well with wavecal display #36

If you read in a subarray exposure into GPITV, then try to display the wavecal, the lower corner of the subarray is taken to be (0,0) instead of whatever coordinates it truly is. So the wavecal is displayed in entirely the wrong spot.

Very low priority to fix this.
