Often when a warning message occurs it flies by very quickly in the log window (or IDL window) and if you're not paying careful attention you might miss it. It would be great it the DRP printed out all the warning messages at the end of a recipe reduction so that the user will see it.

Perhaps the final status of a recipe could have 3 options to draw further attention to it: 1) Failed 2) Success 3) Success with warnings

Recovering rm journals for issue:

mperrin: Max looked into this but was complex. Would probably be more efficiently done by Marshall or Jerome. Not sure if it's a priority for 1.4.

I do like the idea of "success with warnings" however.

mperrin: Not essential for 1.4 release.
