Implement more sophisticated centroiding algorithm for direct mode data #95

Related to (closed) bug #561. Pipeline now does a simple gaussian centroiding for direct mode data instead of looking for the (nonexistent) sat spots. There should be a few more sophisticated options here for e.g. saturated data, and user should be allowed to input their own centroid list if desired.
