Silently ignore untracked branches #2

The Gemnasium API now ignores a "dependency files push" when the branch doesn't match the one the server knows about. In such a case the client shows all the existing dependency files as "unchanged". But this is not a an "ignore branch" option the user can toggle. Is this good enough?
