When I open Volti mixer it doesn't show checkboxes options for my audio card
like enabling Headphones or select what kind of input source I want (for
example front mic, mir or line in).

Hi, do you have those options in alsamixer or gnome-alsamixer? I always had
simple and/or internal sound cards so I am not sure exactly what and where are
those options.

Yes I have all the options on alsamixer and in the gnome mixer. While only some
of these are present in gmixer.

I will need to test this with some old sound card I have somewhere (need to
find it first ;) ), my current cards on two desktop machines doesn't have any
of those options/switches.

I agree. I also have a lot of controls, and I use some of them frequently.
Since I don't want to disable the other controls in the main full mixer, it'd
be nice to be able to set some of them directly through volti, instead of
opening always the full external mixer.
A customizable multiple mixer then would be better.
I use an old soundblaster live 5.1 with front panel, there are lots and lots of
controls, so I can test it too.
