Describe the Bug

OS and version(windows 10 22H2 and latest vscode stable version ) when asking for any question the chatgpt answer part is 40% only and the asking part where we write prompts is 60% which is unusable when chat gpt is answering as we cant write anything on there,when the answer is finished if we click on prompt area and type something then it becomes small as it should.

Please tell us if you have customized any of the extension settings or whether you are using the defaults.

We actually addressed this issue (Labeled with future-release) in our internal version and were ready to release it next week, however we have to suddenly take down the extension due to reasons outlined in the issue #239 and our readme. I'll make sure to archive these feature requests and provide to whomever continues the journey as a reference.
