During the peak period, the azure api access speed is faster than the openai api, please support the azure api

Hi there - this is something I'm considering to release in the future. There are currently some preview users, who are testing this feature. If you are interested in alpha testing this feature please send an email to info@chatgptai.dev with your use case and your company profile how you want to utilize Azure OpenAI Service
