Actually it might have been
# Render-to-texture emulation
RenderToTexture = 0
I played with so many setting I'm not sure anymore. But playing around got it
to work.

You should try mupen64plus-video-glide64mk2 50:3c2511219065 or higher.

I don't see that commit here:
https://bitbucket.org/richard42/mupen64plus-video-glide64mk2/commits
You expect glide to show the lines between Blast Corps levels?
Are there any settings I should try with video-rice that might get them to show
up? Thanks!

Yes, the mentioned commit is currently only in my fork:
https://bitbucket.org/ecsv/mupen64plus-video-glide64mk2-fixes
I asked to get it pulled into wahrhafts fork last week, but it wasn't done yet.
And after that wahrhaft would ask Richard42 to pull his repository....
unfortunately I am not able to guess when this stuff will be in Richard's
repository
And can you please give me a screenshot of the "lines" you meant? Otherwise I
have the feeling we are talking about different things

Are you talking about these lines: http://youtu.be/CzIu85jBtE4?t=6m38s

Yes, you can see them in that video. The travel lines between levels. Here is a
screen shot where there are none. Also in this screen shot you can see the
sprite of the character used in the level is also messed up.

The glide64mk2 plugin now has a release and doesn't seem to have these problems
