Deploy sets lambda function to retry 2 times on error, this should be 0 #31

If the lambda function fails, it shouldn't retry. Maybe use this to set it? https://boto3.amazonaws.com/v1/documentation/api/latest/reference/services/lambda.html#Lambda.Client.create_event_source_mapping
