One note I had regarding some of the other details of the paper, it appears you wrote it in jupyter notebook.
1) Perhaps consider making that available for the chainladder tutorial so folks could walk through it on their own.
2) A lot of warning data and errors were also printed out. I believe there is a way to filter this out of being printed I would suggest doing this. One example is in section 2.4.8 the ODP bootstrap section --- several warnings are printed out adding ~ ½ to ¾ pages to the length. These types of warnings are printed throughout. Section 2.4.6 has another egregious example of this taking up about 2 pages of warnings.
