We should name the chapters #8

This may or may not need to be done depending on what our output format will be. If it's Sphinx, we should come up with text names for the chapters since Sphinx will automatically prepend the chapter name with "Chapter X." For example, our 1st chapter is "Chapter One Chapter 1".

It's a minor cosmetic issue so we can handle this post-first draft.

Chapter 1: Data Management Principles and Implementation Philosophy
Chapter 2: Practitioners' Guide of Chainladder (Python Package)
Chapter 3: The Open-Source Community and Its Surrounding Ecosystem

They are all quite long though...
