Wildcard searches not currently working #782

A search incorporating a wildcard ('*') returns no results, although the wildcard alone still returns all entries as expected.

The results of such a search (http://genenetwork.org/search?species=mouse&group=BXD&type=Phenotypes&dataset=BXDPublish&search_terms_or=a*&search_terms_and=&FormID=searchResult) yielded:

We searched [BXD Published Phenotypes](http://genenetwork.org/webqtl/main.py?FormID=sharinginfo&GN_AccessionId=Just%20602)
to find all records that match: a*
No (0) records found for this search. Modify your search, check target dataset, or use Search All above.
