AmiGO now contains a handful of hard-coded strings for URLs and data to make the links and CytoView.js component work. These need to be coded out, maybe moved into amigo.yaml.

Related to geneontology/noctua#183.

While this can't be completely fixed until #246 is done, the work for now has been done for what we currently have. (Repetition of information between amigo.yaml and the Makefiles.)
