Add text to explain that GOOSE is rather out of date

Currently, on the GOOSE page, there is no mention of the date of the last MySQL dump used. This text should be added to at least prevent people from using and publishing numbers from GOOSE.

May want to cite the GO ticket for rationale.

But if GOOSE is not updated, why have it ? How is that not misleading?

In addition to an overview, the page will likely have links to the MySQL legacy issue, the RDF endpoint, the sparqlr repo, and the available examples.
