AmiGO should display proper version information, rather than local load information #552

As GO did not previously have "proper" releases, last load information was supplied by the loader and fed to AmiGO. Now that the loader runs at a separate time and does not necessarily need to be related to a particular time frame, AmiGO should display the release's official load information and date, rather than the ad hoc loader info.

Should be easy to thread, as the DOI info.
