AmiGO linker is not resolving Xenbase or ECO #581

@kltm @tmushayahama @vanaukenk

See: https://github.com/geneontology/go-site/issues/1206

For Xenbase, Malcolm doesn't see anything immediately wrong with the URL construct.

For ECO, we don't actually have a URL in the db-xrefs.yaml, but should we include one to go to their site? This would be nice in AmiGO and we'd like to use this in Noctua, as well.

While I have this in my notes from the 2019-10-01, it looks like no tickets were generated. A general update to the linker data was also ticketed regarding wormbase data https://github.com/geneontology/amigo/issues/492 I believe there's another issue around this floating around out there...

For AmiGO, what page/location would there be a desire to have ECO additional links? As far as I know, besides the ontology pages, there are none.

kltm commented 4 years ago

@vanaukenk The ECO item should be a separate ticket.

Okay, I've finally got this loaded completely into my head. The current reason this doesn't pop out right in AmiGO is for the same reason we had issues with https://github.com/geneontology/amigo/issues/578 (which is...fixed now maybe--I remember we did more, but it goes cold on that ticket).
