Can has_(direct)_input use SO identifiers? #74

Hi,

Protein2GO is not letting me use an SO ID with has_input or has_direct_input, e.g. for the following annotations;

Qual: contributes_to GO:DNA binding AE: has_input(SO:proximal_promoter_element)

GO:DNA binding AE: has_direct_input(SO:proximal_promoter_element)

The doc for these relations says 'SO:0000839': u'polypeptide_region' is allowed but should this be moved to 'SO:0000001': u'region'?
