@balhoff These are SPARQL query changes so you may want to comment if I'm messing anything up.

Thanks @kltm @balhoff! Noting that I just now tested the "by gene" query change by spinning up a local agr_ui instance and pointed the pathway widget URL to my local api-gorest-2021 dev instance. I then checked this local agr_ui site to ensure we got models returned for Atf2 Mmus, Ern1 Mmus, and ZDHHC20 Hsap.
