Mappings2GO files not found #167

On this page: http://geneontology.org/docs/download-mappings/

Should I remove these from the list until we rescue them ? @cmungall @lpalbou

Being addressed here: https://github.com/geneontology/go-ontology/issues/16989

For now, I've commented out the links; "no link" appears in the Download column on http://geneontology.org/docs/download-mappings/

Leaving this ticket open so we'll fix these once https://github.com/geneontology/go-ontology/issues/16989 is resolved.
