fixing incorrect link in how to contribute to annotations

adding YeastMine does terms-> IDs and defs

fixing broken link to GPI info

@kltm see lines 510, 796 (in new file)- I changed the dc:title tag to match the rephrased question, is this ... correct? necessary? totally unimportant for future edits?

I'm not familiar with the framework used here, but what you did looks right to me. I would guess that it just uses that data to create a ToC and maybe hint clever bots.
