Update faq.md #456

Broke long headers into multiple questions to make anchors shorter.

Added a few more details in the Slims section, which is now named Subsets.

Changed many occurrences of "slim" to "subset" for https://github.com/geneontology/geneontology.github.io/issues/451

@pgaudet do the changes in the Subsets section about making a custom slim sound ok, or should we leave that alone until the Guide to Subsets/How to docs are filled out (not a priority so those may be a while more)

I would change a few minor things but this is much better than what we currently have
