S. pombe cbf12 is annotated to cell adhesion IEA with UniProtKB-KW:KW-0130 cell adhesion

but cbf12 is a transcription factor so it should be removed.

This is a tricky one - we don't know how to capture this - unless by using terms such as 'GO:0100017 negative regulation of cell-cell adhesion by transcription from RNA polymerase II promoter'

Perhaps for now the best would be 'regulation of cell adhesion'.

We need guidelines for this.
