quite difficult to understand the problem from your description. It would help if you could be more explicit in describing issues.
In this case, is it the nucleocytoplasmic transport that causes problem?
yes, NSRP1 not nucleocytoplasmic transport
means that NSRP1 does not appear to be involved in nucleocytoplasmic transport.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21296756 says it is involved in alternative splicing, and has a nuclear localization signal?
